About Donna

Donna offers a bespoke, warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy
with a friendly nature to help clients feel at ease. Engaging in therapy can be daunting,
therefore Donna works to create a safe space of acceptance and trust. Therapy doesn’t have to
be serious all the time, so she takes a relaxed approach to sessions, sometimes using humour
to share in the lighter side of life.

With over a decade’s experience working in the mental health field, Donna is just as curious
as ever about the human condition. She works with older adolescents and adults to manage
some of life’s challenges. Donna has a passion for helping people to see themselves as they
truly are, understand what makes them unique, uncover unconscious conditioned patterns and
explore new ways of being.

Donna utilises evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
Schema Therapy whilst weaving in an interpersonal approach.
Donna experiences great joy from watching people transform their lives and learn to thrive.

She appreciates working with people from all walks of life and feels grateful to always be
learning from the clients she engages with.
