About Julia
Julia brings an authentic, personable and compassionate style to therapy. She is curious about her client’s stories, believes in forming strong therapeutic relationships and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to tailor therapy to their needs.

Julia believes in supporting clients to explore their pasts in order to develop a deeper understanding of their present challenges and to move towards a fulfilling future.

Julia is particularly interested in supporting people who have experienced trauma, abuse and assault as well as assisting adolescents and young adults to navigate the various life changes and transitions common in this period of life. Julia predominantly works from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) modalities.
