Intake

Our intake team will discuss your needs and the options available at our clinic. They will provide options for alternative services and clinics if we are not able to accommodate you.

Our intake team require a copy of your referral.

You can upload the referral to the form below, or email to admin@melbpsych.com.au

Billing

Please note that we are a private billing practice. This means that patients are required to pay the full fee at the time of their appointment (we do not offer bulk billing).

Medicare referrals: If you have a valid Medicare referral, we will process your Medicare rebate so it is deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
TAC / WorkCover / FAS / NDIS referrals: We do not bill these organisations directly. You will be provided with a paid invoice or receipt, which you can use to claim reimbursement from the relevant organisation.
