About Anna

Anna is a warm, compassionate and curious therapist who is fascinated by life’s rich tapestry and each individual’s capacity for growth in the face of adversity. She is attentive to providing a safe and
collaborative therapeutic relationship and is passionate about helping people find their voice, tell their story, process the meaning of these experiences and create lasting change.

Anna works from a person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed framework, personalising her approach to each individual’s unique needs. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing (MI) and humanistic therapy. She is deeply interested in listening not only to what is spoken, but what can often be unsaid or unspeakable.
