About Keith
Keith is a registered psychologist who has been practising since 2009, working with adolescents, adults, and couples. He provides thoughtful, collaborative therapy that is responsive to each person’s circumstances, offering a respectful space where people can reflect on their experiences and work through the challenges they are facing.
His approach focuses on helping individuals develop a clearer understanding of themselves, their situation, and the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Therapy aims to strengthen resilience and support practical ways forward in areas of life that feel difficult, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Keith also works with people experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including intrusive thoughts, persistent doubt, reassurance-seeking, checking behaviours, and other patterns that can significantly affect daily life. Therapy focuses on helping people understand the processes that maintain these difficulties, develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, and create greater flexibility in responding to unwanted thoughts and urges.
Therapeutically, Keith draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy, while also integrating other forms of therapy according to each person’s needs and goals. His practice is neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive, with therapy shaped by each person’s values, context, and lived experience.
