About Laura

Laura is passionate about helping clients develop their sense of self and a meaningful and fulfilling life. She has a thoughtful, caring, and empowering style, working empathically and collaboratively with clients to understand the challenges they are facing in the context of their lives, and to identify and build upon their values and strengths to progress towards their goals.


Laura tailors interventions to meet clients’ needs and preferences, integrating elements from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
