YOUR JOURNEY
What happens, step by step
Here's what to expect from the moment you get in touch through to ongoing sessions.
1
Get in touch
Call, book online or complete our contact form to book a time with our intake team. Referrals aren’t required, but if you have one, it can help us prepare for your call.
Free · No obligation
2
Free phone consultation
During the call, our intake team will learn what you’re seeking and check whether our service is the right fit. If we’re not the best match, we’ll offer alternative treatment options to point you in the right direction. We’re here to answer your questions and, where appropriate, help you connect with the psychologist who suits you best. You’re not locked into anything after the call.

Initial consultation
Your first session is a conversation where your psychologist will understand your situation, difficulties, and goals. Together you'll begin to map out what treatment will look like. Assessment often extends to a second session.

Child Safety & Mandatory Reporting
As a psychology practice, our staff and clinicians are mandatory reporters under Victorian law. This means we are legally required to report to the relevant authorities if we believe a child is at risk of harm.
We take child safety seriously and are committed to the wellbeing of all clients, particularly children and young people. You can read our Child Safe Policy here.
