Nika is a compassionate and collaborative counsellor and couples therapist who values creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and work towards meaningful change.
Her approach is person-centred, recognising that each individual is the expert in their own life and possesses unique strengths and capacities for growth. Nika works with both individuals and couples, tailoring therapy to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and values.
Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Nika supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Through curiosity, empathy, and practical strategies, she helps clients better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with their values.

Nika works with teenagers, young adults, and adults experiencing a range of personal and emotional challenges. She provides a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and work towards meaningful change.
Using a person-centred and evidence-based approach, Nika tailors counselling to each client's unique needs and goals. She has a particular interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Nika holds an Advanced Study Major in Couples and Relationship Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
