About Meredith

Meredith offers a warm, genuine and non-judgmental environment to clients. She believes in the healing power of a strong, trusting bond between a therapist and client and is passionate about helping clients gain a greater sense of well-being and freedom to live their lives in a way that feels more fulfilling.

Meredith draws on a number of therapeutic styles and techniques, depending on the nature of the client’s difficulties and personality. These include cognitive-behavioural therapy, including relaxation strategies and mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, schema and narrative therapy.
