About Jenny

Jenny is committed to creating a non-judgemental, safe therapeutic space. She is approachable, curious, and compassionate. Jenny is interested in a person’s unique life story and understands her role is to support and guide people to address their own challenges (past, present, or future) and take steps towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life

 

Jenny has previously worked in both community and private settings providing psychological care to people across the lifespan. She draws on a mix of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative approaches. Jenny is committed to using evidence-based interventions as well as supervision and ongoing professional development.
