About Jeniffer
Jeniffer is a warm and experienced psychologist who is passionate about helping clients to live a meaningful and purposeful life. She believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients, and takes a person-centred approach to help her clients to attain their goals and fulfill their potential.
Jeniffer integrates psychodynamic principles, attachment theory and family systems, with goal orientated approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). This work enables clients to develop self-awareness on how their past can influence present day experience, while also moving a client towards making meaningful change.
